I recently took my X5 4.8I in for front brake replacement and am thoroughly satisfied with their work. Not only was their work was superb, but they are very professional and courteous. Walking into their shop was welcoming and clean (they also provided me with donuts and coffee). Every staff member spoke to all customers as they entered the waiting area. These guys are the best!!!! Before you take your BMW to the dealer and go broke, head straight to Autobahn. My 745i honestly runs better now than compared to when I bought it. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. So far they have serviced my vehicle 3 times(2 repars, 1 oil change). I am very happy!!

Ditch the Dealer! These guys are the best. Took our aging Audi A4 Quatro here for some major work. Not only was it done quickly it was done right, explained to us thoroughly and the price was a fraction of other places. While they specialize in BMWs these guys are pros in all things German. I took my e46 M3 to Autobahn for some misc work and couldn't be happier. They showed me the shop and took me in the back to check out my car on the lift and explained everything I had questions about. George, Joe and Chris were great and even stayed after hours to let me bring my car in. Will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone with a BMW. I know I wont be taking my car anywhere else.

Awesome service honest service and great staff. I recently experienced first hand the honesty that this shop provides.. I took my vehicle to Firestone July of 2012 and they told me I would need all new breaks and all new roaters which was going to cost me upwards of 500 dollars, I decided to put off the work and contacted Autobahn who advised me that I could purchase my own parts and that they would do the work.. So in Feb of 2013 I brought my vehicle in with all the breaks and roaters that FIRESTONE told me I needed and I was then advised that my breaks and roaters were perfectly fine and that my vehicle would pass inspection with flying colors.. So with that Firestone clearly was attempting to rip me off. So this is a perfect example on how autobahn is a fantastic place to do business with and holds the highest integrity to there customers... So with all this being said please pass this review on to friends and family and know that you will get the best service with autobahn...

Autobahn Motorsports replaced brake pads and rotors, performed a brake fluid flush along with an emissions and safety inspection on my 1999 BMW M Coupe.

I was looking for a place to take my BMW. I drive up and down 611 every day for work. I was sitting at the light at 611 and Blair mill rd and noticed a bunch of BMW's at AUTOBAHN MOTOR SPORTS so one day i pulled in and talked to these guys about my car. They made me feel very comfortable and i could tell something special about them, so i set up an appointment for a free check over, knowing that the dealer wrote me up a $3,000.00 dollar estimate i just wanted a second opinion, not only were they half the price they were kind enough to bring me in the shop show me and explain everything that was wrong with my vehicle, Then the told me how they all came from the dealership as Master tech's. I couldn't be happier!!! It's very hard to find people you can trust and can work on these high tech cars. The best part of my visit at Autobahn was after performing my service they were very appreciative and thankful unlike the dealer.

WOW! WOW! WOW! AM Is AWSOME!!! I was told by a dealer that i needed a head gasket for my E46 BMW. It was blowing white smoke out the tail pipe. A friend told me about Chris, Joe and George, so i got my car towed out of the dealer and over to AM! They told me that it was a crankcase vent valve? Well let me tell you they save me THOUSANDS!!! And fixed it right the first time! Thanks Guys! I owe you!

I have an '04 M3 Coupe that was serviced by George. My first experience with George was overwhelmingly positive - George has technical expertise, a broad knowledge spectrum of BMW repairs, and most importantly, impeccable customer service skills. Interestingly, I migrated from a BMW specialty shop in the city due to repeated bad experiences and was looking for more. I got what I wanted from AM. I want to emphasize that not only did George diagnose the problem correctly, fix the problem correctly the first time, treat me with respect from key drop-off to pick-up, he also was classy enough to introduce me to his shop partners and co-owners and explain their history. This kind of professionalism seems rare today.
I'll say two more important things. This shop differentiates itself through excellent customer service by exercising effective and straight communication. The person you speak with from the beginning on the phone will be the person performing the work on your car and explaining your bill at the end. There is no room for miscommunication. Brilliant. Oh, and the cost was fair and reasonable. For those who are more quantitative thinkers, my rating for George and AM is a 10 out of 10. Thank you, George.

I own an 03' BMW 325xi that was being problematic for some time, the guys at auto bhan fixed me right up. I had been dealing with another mechanic shop, they were tough to deal with because everytime they "fixed" my car, the check engin light would come on agian and when i would bring it back they would tell me somthing different everytime???
I brought the car to Autobhan because someone refered me to them, within 2 hours of dropping it off they called me informing me that the last mechanic had inproperly installed the feul pump and that there was a leak in the seal causing the engine light to go on. They fixed that problem swiftly and also did a thorough assesment of my car. Come to find out iu needed new rear shocks, fuel filter and spark plugs (somthing that i has asked my former mechaninc if i needed, he said "NO").
Dealing with Autobhan was a fine experience. They are customer oriented, young, friendly ,skilled and best of all, HONEST!!!! technicians who actually care about the cars they service. I could actually feel the difference in my BMW's performance after they serviced it and for the first time since I bought it am confident that it is running in top form.

Great Service I took my zhp in for lower front control arm bushing replacements and it was about half the cost of the BMW dealer. On another occasion, Chris opened up the shop when they were otherwise closed to do an oil change for me. Great service, very knowledgeable, will go out of their way to help you.
